Today I’ll be answering a question that a lot of my clients here in South Jersey have been asking about. A lot of consumers have been wanting to know if now is a good time to sell their homes. This answer is more complicated than a simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’, and it will vary according to your specific situation.
For one reason or another, we’ve found that home sellers will often demand 10% more for their home than what it is truly worth. This could stem from emotional attachments to the property, or simply from a lack of knowledge about a local real estate market.
