2. You can get more for your money. At this time last year, homes might have been slightly cheaper, but your interest rate was a lot higher. Rates have dropped from 4% to below 2.5%, making it an opportune time for you to secure more home for less.

3. Sellers have already collected rental income from the summer. Many don’t want to carry their property through the winter. This is the time to drive a hard bargain and make a deal with investors who desperately need to sell.
