Lauren maintains multiple levels of database details to get our new listings loaded and available for viewing on the MLS. She is also responsible for timely communication with our new clients as well as inquiring agents to ensure we are providing the best possible customer service. She coordinates the marketing for all of our listings through traditional marketing systems, print media, and electronic campaigns and through Social Media to generate, target and maximize exposure to the best buyers for our properties. Assisting and supporting the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance. Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence. Handling requests and queries appropriately. Scheduling meetings and appointments. Producing reports, presentations and briefs. Assisting clients and helping them to have an extraordinary experience. Managing day-to-day office operations. Maintaining and building database management system(s). Tracking expenses accurately and create effective budgets. Lead Management Assistance. Marketing of Listings, Business and Team
