My team and I have come up with a special, no risk offer we call the Q Option Listing we want to tell you about if you plan on selling your home soon.
If you decide to list your home with us and use this offer, you can have a full-service transaction or you can do it yourself. Most brokers today, no matter how the property is sold, will charge you a full 6% commission whether you find a buyer on your own or list the home through the brokerage.
This offer is more flexible and more of a commission compromise. By reserving the right to list with us or sell the home on your own, you can market it on your own, advertise it on your own, and do whatever else it is you want to do on your own. This offer comes with four different options.
If you find a buyer on your own and there is no other agent involved, just call us up and let us know that you’ve sold the home on your own. In this scenario, we charge you a 0% commission.

If you find a buyer and there is no agent involved but you want us to handle the sale, we’ll write the contract, walk it all the way through closing, and process if for you. Our closing manager will also take care of the inspections and anything else that needs to be taken care of. In this scenario, we will charge you a 1% commission, or a minimum of $2,500.
If you list your property with us normally and another agent represents the buyer, we will charge a 6% commission, 3% of which we keep for ourselves and the other 3% we pay to the buyer’s agent.
If you list with us and your listing agent finds a buyer and they end up representing both sides of the transaction, we’ll charge a 4% commission.
