We’re in the fall selling season here in South Jersey, and this is one of the best markets I’ve seen in our area in the past eight years. Inventory is low and demand is high. Right now is both a great time to put your home on the market and buy a new home.

Year over year, inventory along the Jersey shore and in the beach-home/resort markets has dropped by as much 25% and as much as 35% in some other markets. This means we’re seeing a shift toward a seller’s market, and there are pockets of our market where inventory is super low.
