“Jeff Quintin of Prudential, Fox & Roach Realtors Is Named One of America’s Top Real Estate Agent Teams, According to the Wall Street Journal and Real Trends”

Quintin, Had an Impressive $139,735,196 in sales

Jeff Quintin of Prudential, Fox & Roach Realtors was named one of America’s top real estate teams and is now a member of “The Real Estate Top 200,” a new national awards ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, REAL Trends and lore Magazine. The Real Estate Top 200 rankings were announced this month at the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) Annual Conference and Expo in New Orleans.

The Real Estate Top 200 honored the top 50 residential agents and agent teams in four categories:

Individual agent – Sales volume
Individual agent – Transaction sides (in each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s.)
Agent team – Sales Volume
Agent team – Transaction sides

According to The Real Estate Top 200, Quintin had sales volume totaling $139,735,196, ranking him 44th, in the nation. “Becoming a member of The Real Estate Top 200 is an incredible accomplishment and this ranking is our way of paying tribute to America’s top real estate agents like Jeff Quintin,” said Anne Murray-Randolph, publisher of lore Magazine.

“Quintin ranks in an elite group of individual agents and teams from markets throughout the nation and he should be quite proud to join the ranks of The Real Estate Top 200,” said Marti Gallardo, vice president of classified advertising for the Wall Street Journal.
